The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published Revision from June 2024 of the Easy Access Rules for Information Security (Regulations (EU) 2023/203 and 2022/1645).
This Revision incorporates:
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1769 amending Articles 2 and 6 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203;
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1109 amending Articles 2 and 4 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203; and
- Editorial changes to:
- Article 15 of, and Annexes III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and IX to, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203; and
- Articles 6 and 7 of Commission Delegated Regulation 2022/1645.
The Easy Access Rules for Information Security are available for free download on the EASA website as pdf, online dynamic publications with filters and search functions for simple navigation with computers, tablets, and mobiles, as well as in xml format with machine-readable content. As they are generated through the eRules platform, they will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to their content.
