The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published Revision from July 2024 of the Easy Access Rules for Continuing Airworthiness
This Revision incorporates the latest adopted Regulations and associated ED Decisions amending Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 and its AMC and GM as regards aircraft used for sport and recreational aviation, the introduction of new training methods and teaching technologies, the review of Part-66 as well as the management of information security risks with a potential impact on aviation safety (applicable from 22 February 2026).
The EAR for Continuing Airworthiness are available for free download on the EASA website as pdf, online dynamic publications with filters and search functions for simple navigation with computers, tablets, and mobiles, as well as in xml format with machine-readable content. As they are generated through the eRules platform, they will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to their content.
