The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published Revision from July 2024 of the Easy Access Rules for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Regulations (EU) 2019/947 and 2019/945)
This Revision incorporates Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1108 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1110 to address the initial and continuing airworthiness of UAS operated in the specific category.
The EAR for Unmanned Aircraft Systems are available for free download on the EASA website as pdf, online dynamic publications with filters and search functions for simple navigation with computers, tablets, and mobiles, as well as in xml format with machine-readable content. As they are generated through the eRules platform, they will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to their content.
