ABA Hospitality, a California-based hotel development company, is announcing a rebrand as Park Street Hospitality under longtime Chief Executive Officer Scott Brown. Scott Brown brings over 25 years of business, finance, and real estate development expertise to Park Street Hospitality.
Initially founded in 2005, ABA Hospitality focused its core business on hotel development in urban markets, primarily on the West Coast. ABA launched by franchising, developing, and owning several Hyatt Place hotels and quickly established its place in what is considered a very competitive industry and segment of the market. ABA expanded into lifestyle assets when it purchased the Snowmass Club in Snowmass Colorado in 2018. In 2020 COVID turned the hospitality industry upside down, and Brown adjusted the company's long-term business strategy.
Park Street Hospitality, the newly branded company, will continue to seek lifestyle hospitality assets but is excited to announce that it is adding multifamily to its portfolio and new members to its team to build out this initiative. Enquire at [email protected] or 415-633-4390.
